Kurdish TTS

1000+ Kurdish Voice Options

Integrated Kurdish TTS API with 500+ Sorani voices and 500+ Kurmanji voices. Companies can choose male or female voice profiles for automatic replies on WhatsApp and Instagram.

When a customer sends a message, the AI generates a text response, converts it to Kurdish audio, and sends both (text + voice) back — a rare feature in the local market.

Access Control

RBAC with 17+ Permissions

Built a Role-Based Access Control system with primary and limited admin roles. Each company can have multiple admins with granular permissions: products, discounts, reservations, chats, handoff, company info, and more.

Primary admins have full access. Limited admins get only the permissions assigned to them. Global super admins bypass all checks. Every action is logged for audit.

Monetization

Token Subscription System

Each company gets monthly token allocations based on their subscription plan. Tokens are consumed per AI chat interaction. First-month bonus tokens incentivize signups.

Auto-expiry resets tokens when subscriptions lapse. Transaction logging tracks every consumption and refill. Supports both USD and IQD pricing.

AI & NLP

Multi-Dialect Kurdish AI

The AI distinguishes between Sorani, Badini, and Kurmanji dialects and responds in the exact same dialect. Also detects Arabic and English automatically.

4 chatbot personalities available: aggressive seller, consultative guide, formal receptionist, and casual buddy — each company picks the tone that matches their brand.
